Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using the Aquafroge platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated by reference.

By registering for an account or using the Services provided by Aquafroge Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aquafroge.

In no event shall Aquafroge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
